Job Description:
We are looking for independent Freelance Recruiters who can support our hiring mandates by identifying, sourcing, and screening qualified candidates for open roles.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity, ideal for recruiters who are already working independently, running a small recruitment practice, or looking to earn additional income through recruitment collaborations.
You will work closely with the Archers Global team and receive role briefs, client requirements, and hiring support while focusing on sourcing the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and local databases
- Screen candidates to assess experience, skills, and suitability for the role
- Conduct initial qualification calls where required
- Share shortlisted candidates along with basic screening notes
- Coordinate candidate availability for interviews
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support quick turnaround of candidates for urgent hiring requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile
- We are looking for recruiters who:
- Have experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Understand the local job market in their region
- Have access to candidate networks or sourcing channels
- Can work independently and manage candidate pipelines
- Have strong communication and screening skills
- Are responsive and able to deliver candidates quickly
- Prior experience as a freelance recruiter, HR professional, or recruitment consultant will be an advantage.
