Business Development Manager (Freelance/Commission based)

 Role Overview:
As a Freelance Business Development Manager at Archers Global Consulting, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and establishing long-term business relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our client base and revenue streams, making you an integral part of our expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online outreach.
  • Develop and pitch customized HR solutions tailored to meet clients' unique business needs.
  • Collaborate with our HR consulting and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights for Archers Global.
  • Track and report on business development activities and sales performance.

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission on Closed Positions/ consulting projects: You will earn a commission on the business brought in through your efforts, calculated from the final closed position / final contract value after project is successfully closed.
  • Growth Potential: As you successfully close business deals and build a strong portfolio, your earnings will scale up, allowing you to benefit from high-value projects.

Recruiter (Freelance/Commission based)

Role Overview:
As a Freelance Recruiter at Archers Global Consulting, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our clients. This role will allow you to leverage your recruitment expertise to fulfill hiring needs across various industries, contributing directly to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and assist in sourcing the right candidates. 
  • Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates. 
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to clients.
  •  Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to placement. 
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. 
  • Track and report on recruitment progress and results.

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission on Closed Positions: You will earn a commission on each closed position from the final candidate placement. 
  • Additional Earnings: If the business development is done by you (as a combined Business Development and Recruitment effort), you will earn both the Commission for Business Development and Commission for Recruitment, maximizing your income.

Human Resource Consultant (Freelance/Commission based)

Role Overview:
As a Freelance HR Consultant at Archers Global Consulting, you will support organizations in optimizing their HR processes across various areas including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, culture building, HR policy design, compensation & benefits (C&B), HR digital transformation and workforce planning. You will use your expertise to help businesses build effective, efficient, and sustainable HR systems that align with their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support in designing and implementing HR processes that enhance organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency. 
  • Support clients with the creation and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the right people are recruited for the right roles. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies, including performance management systems, leadership development programs, and succession planning. 
  • Design and review HR policies to ensure compliance with local laws and industry best practices while fostering a positive organizational culture. 
  • Assist clients in optimizing their compensation & benefits structures to ensure they remain competitive and motivating for employees. 
  • Guide businesses through HR digital transformation, helping them leverage HR technology implementation for HR Operations, performance management platforms, C&B platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Provide strategic advice on employee engagement, culture building, and retention strategies to enhance workforce productivity and morale.

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission on Closed Projects: You will earn a commission on each consulting project you close, calculated from the final contract value. 
  • Additional Earnings: If the business development is done by you (as a combined Business Development and consulting effort), you will earn both the Commission for Business Development and Commission for for consulting, maximizing your income.
