Job Description:
Our client, a global IT services company, is hiring a Sales Executive – IT Services to expand its business across the UAE market. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT services sales, SaaS sales, cloud solutions, DevOps, or IT staff augmentation, who are motivated by targets and long-term career growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development, client relationship management, and supporting deal closures across technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and sales opportunities for IT services, including Cloud solutions, DevOps, Atlassian tools, and IT staff augmentation
- Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients in the UAE
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and propose appropriate IT solutions
- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals and presentations
- Support pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in IT services sales or technology sales in the UAE
- Exposure to SaaS, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, or IT staffing solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT services in the UAE or GCC region
- Valid UAE driving license
- Malayalam language proficiency (spoken)
Salary & Benefits
- Base monthly salary of AED 5500 - AED 7500 + Sales Commission
- Company will provide car for company usage
