We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing & Ads Management Executive to support the growth of a premium flower brand based in Dubai. This role is ideal for a performance-focused professional who has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns in the UAE market and understands how to drive online sales and improve ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Instagram and Facebook
Monitor and optimize ad budgets to improve ROAS, lead generation, and online sales
Collaborate with management on campaign strategies and seasonal promotions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable performance reports
Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad creatives and copy
Manage campaign timelines and multiple advertising accounts independently
Handle client communications professionally when required
Required Skills & Experience
2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
Strong understanding of the UAE/Dubai market and audience behavior
Proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns for performance
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Experience in flower, gifting, luxury retail, or similar industries
Experience managing e-commerce and online order-based businesses
