Job Overview
Our client, a well-established Dubai-based electromechanical contracting company, is launching its Interior Fit-Out Division and is looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to drive this new business vertical.
This role is focused on acquiring high-value fit-out projects (AED 500,000 and above) across sectors such as retail, gyms, offices, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate must have an existing network and proven ability to bring in large-scale projects in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure high-value interior fit-out projects (AED 500K+)
- Leverage existing relationships with developers, retail brands, gym operators, consultants, and project managers
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into confirmed projects
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of large-scale commercial fit-out projects
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals
- Stay updated on market trends, upcoming projects, and industry opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
- 3–6 years of sales/business development experience in interior fit-out in the UAE
- Proven track record of closing projects worth AED 500K+
- Strong network with developers, contractors, retail brands, and consultants
- Solid understanding of fit-out processes, project lifecycle, and costing
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- UAE driving license mandatory
